Believe it or not, it's 65 degrees and the most beautiful Colorado weather this week! I have to admit, as much as I'm loving the cool mornings, lunchtime sunshine, and breaking out all my cute fall clothes again... I MISS WINTER! If we could just order up a nice 3ft. snow dump in Boulder that would be perfection. You know what I'm talking about: the adult snow-day of snuggling up by the fire, making a hearty soup (like the above Barley Stew with Leeks, Carrots and Kale from Bake Break!) and playing several all-too-competitive games of Monopoly Deal (Matt & my new addiction). Just being able to have a couple quiet days snuggled up at home would be lovely. And certainly a nice change from all this warm weather! I know, spoiled Colorado kid... :)
